Spectra Premium exhaust ammonia sensor modules play a critical role in the accurate and effective function of the SCR system. The ammonia level is received through this module via the ammonia sensor in the exhaust system, and the module precisely transmits this data via signal to the powertrain control module (PCM), where the ammonia levels are analyzed, along with other factors, to ensure that a precise amount of DEF is injected in the exhaust system, to vaporize and decompose harmful emissions. The exhaust ammonia sensor modules are validated by our in-house team of engineers, ensuring they meet OE requirements.
